How To Hard Reset Kodak Ektra Online
Press the Power button once to select that option.
A hard reset will erase ALL data from your KODAK Ektra. This includes photos, videos (unless backed up to an SD card), contacts, text messages, app data, and personalized settings. The phone will return to the exact state it was in when you first turned it on.

Before proceeding, please back up any important data to your Google account, an external SD card, or a computer. This is the recommended method if you can still unlock your phone and navigate the menus. Press the Power button once to select that option
Open the App Drawer (swipe up from the bottom of the home screen) and tap the Settings app (the gear icon).
Press the Power button to reboot the phone. The phone will return to the exact state
Your KODAK Ektra will now restart and begin the reset process. This may take 5–10 minutes. Once complete, you’ll see the initial setup screen (language selection, Wi-Fi, Google account sign-in). Use this method if the phone is unresponsive, you’ve forgotten your screen lock, or the device gets stuck on the boot logo.
