This study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods. We conducted a survey of Xtremestream users to gather data on their downloading habits and attitudes towards digital piracy. Additionally, we analyzed Xtremestream's terms of service, user agreements, and content offerings to understand the platform's operations and policies.
Downloading from Xtremestream and similar P2P file-sharing platforms raises important questions about digital piracy, copyright infringement, and the future of the entertainment industry. This study provides insights into the motivations and behaviors of Xtremestream users, highlighting the need for effective solutions to mitigate the negative consequences of digital piracy.
